Suggest Various Daily Exercises For Fitness

i am 23yrs old, m 5.5'' feet height and am 50kg weight, i work for retail industry where i get to sit whole day in one place. m not fat nor slim, still for fitness m looking for some daily exercise.so please suggest for person like me gym is suitable or aerobics..?

If you are interested in joining gym, then you need to take out time for it from your busy schedule. Also once you join gym, you will have to continue gymming as many people who give up gym due to lack of time or motivation, put on weight after giving up exercise. So the best and the safest form of exercise that I can suggest you is brisk walk for 30-45 minutes daily or atleast 5 days a week to stay fit and healthy. Hope I have answered your query.
