Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain sore throat after oral sex occurs most probably due to infection in throat secondary to poor hygiene condition of the genitals..
The sore throat, dry throat and cracked corners of the lips [angular chelitis] are all due to infection and if the antibiotics did not work there is a possibility that you were resistant to the antibiotics and antiviral drugs are commonly not helpful in treating viral throat infection..
So I would suggest you to get tested first like rapid strep test for bacterial infection and rapid mono test for viral infection so that the treatment can be planned according to the cause..
You should also get evaluated for acid reflux or laryngopharyngeal reflux as it is also a common cause of sore throat..
Treatment can be planned according to the diagnosis..
In case if there is infection, antibiotics will be given according to the bacteria causing the infection, anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen will be given for pain, warm saline gargles, sucking throat lozenges, steam inhalation and using a humidifier in your room will help..
In case of acid reflux, proton pump inhibitor like Pantoprazole, antacids, light meals and drinking plenty of water will help..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
