Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you have bacterial infection in throat leading to Pharyngitis and burning sensation in mouth is due to dry mouth..

Sore throat is due to dry mouth as well as bacterial infection..

The best way to treat these conditions is to treat dry mouth which can occur due to a number of conditions like salivary gland disorders, damage to nerve that supplies the salivary glands, side effect of certain medications like Blood pressure controlling medicines, oral contraceptives etc, dehydration, autoimmune disease like Sjogrens syndrome, smoking and tobacco chewing etc..

You should consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and treatment of underlying cause will treat the dry mouth..

As of now you should take Saliva Substitutes that contains methyl cellulose that can be instilled in mouth for lubrication..
Saliva Stimulants like Sour candies, lemon drops and sugar free chewing gums can help in stimulating saliva flow..
Drink plenty of water..
For throat pain you can take Ibuprofen for reducing pain and inflammation..
Take Azithromycin 500 mg once a day for days..
Warm saline gargles will help.
Use a humidifier and do steam inhalations for relief..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
