Suggest Treatments For Recurring Pemphigus Vulgaris

I am searching for a cure or at lease remission... Suffering from Pemphigus Vulgaris for about a year... we have it under control,,, the blisters on my face are gone... but we can t stop the blisters from coming back in my mouth and from time to time in my nose... Am tired from my Anti rejection medicine... all the creams, gel and compounds do not help... was on 140 mg prednisone for few months... is there any cure or any treatment other what I mentioned...

Dermatologist 's  Response
in pemphigus vulgaris patient has mucosal(oral, nose, genitals etc) involvement is greater than the skin and after treatment skin leasions heals first to mucosa..immunosuppresent are mainstay of treatment..you have been prescribed rightly with prednisolone,,, but the treatment last for years in a tappering dose for prolonged remission...dont loose hope and take the medicine regularly unless u have a disease free period...
pulse therapy and biologicals can be other options if u are facing side effect with daily regimen.
