Prolactin is an immunostimulatory hormone and has been implicated in the pathogenesis of different autoimmune diseases like pemphigus vulgaris. The serum levels of prolactin have been reported to be higher than normal in patients with pemphigus vulgaris; in this report, 6 out of 24 patients with pemphigus vulgaris had hypperprolactinemia. I think there is no direct relation between high prolactin and pemphigus vulgaris. Basically it is related to genetic factor with some auto immune disease.
So consult with your physician regarding high prolactin level.
