Suggest Treatment To Reduce Cholesterol Levels

Sir, I have a cholesterol level of 357, 270 LDL / 50 HDL / 170 Triglyceride. I am 50 yrs old/ height 170 cm/ weight 72 Kg, no previous history of any illness.

I know my food habits are bad, consume lots of beef/pork and egg. could you advice me on this. Regards george

I really appreciate your concern, if you are calorie conscious then then you need to cut down calorie contain diet, that is the only way you have and if you can not do this on your own then better to see the dietician, hope this information helps, take care.
