Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

There may be a secondary bacterial infection in the healing scar. Consult the surgeon or dermatologist. Antibiotic and antiinflammatory drugs may be given. Cleanse the area with savlon and apply antibiotic cream like Sisomicin cream.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilyas Patel, Dermatologist
