Suggest Treatment To Cure An Open Wound In The Arm Pit

I have had an open wound in my arm pit for more than two months. I suffer from Hidradenitis Suppurativa. I need recomendations on at home pain relief and wound dressing. I have no medical insurance and very little income to help remedy my situation. Any advice would be gratly appreciated.

Hi,

HS is a chronic and relapsing skin disease of apocrine glands mostly occurring in fold areas of the body. The condition is very resistant to treatment. However, many drugs are tried to improve and control the disease. Better you consult the dermatologist and get perfect treatment.

Hope this helps.
