Suggest Treatment Or Fever, Chest Pain, Shortness Of Breath And Dizziness

I need to know if my symptoms are worth a trip to the clinic. I don't have much money and have accumulated extensive medical debt, so I don't want to waste a trip to be told, "Go home and rest."

My symptoms are:
Fever (has stayed around 99.5-102 for the last three days)
Chest pain (dull and achy)
Constant coughing (produces yellow to white mucus)
Shortness of breath
Constantly sweating, even when I'm cold
Dizziness
Inability to sleep
Lack of appetite
Massive headache (has persisted for 3 days)
Blurred vision
Shaky vision
Diarrhea
Vomiting (only happened once so far due to the incessant coughing)
Shaking chills
Pale skin

I can understand your concern.
Yes, you should definitely visit hospital.
Possibility of either lung infection or bronchitis is more likely in your case because you have fever, shortness of breath and Yellowish expectoration etc.
So you will need chest x ray, blood reports (CBC) and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) for the diagnosis of lung infection or bronchitis.
You may need antibiotics, inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
