General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms are consistent with fungal infection. As a first line management you can apply topical antifungals-steroid combination like clotrimazole-betamethasone after cleaning with soap and water.

Personal hygiene is very important to prevent recurrence. If lesion persists better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family physician
