Brief Answer:
Ringworm infection and its management

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs and you are having ringworm infection.
It can be cured by taking oral and topical antifungals.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take capsule itraconazole 100 mg twice daily and apply terbinafine cream on the affected areas twice daily for 4 weeks.
Also take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Besides this keep the area dry, avoid sharing of soaps and towel, wear loose cotton clothese and stay in cool airy environment.
Regarding your use of western toilets you can use them but avoid public toilets where hygiene is not maintained properly.
Don't use itchguard as it won't cure the infection permanently.
You can use the powder as it will keep the area dry.
Don't use coconut oil and olive oil over the infection as it won't be of any help.
Food also doesn't have much role to play in ringworm infection.
Take a good balanced diet to improve your immunity.
I hope to have answered your queries and would be happy to clarify any further doubts.
Regards
Dr Asmeet

When you see my image there is a reddish wounds(infection) in between the thigh and urine bladder. is it come because of stretches of my "inner" ? Brief Answer:
Ringworm management

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed all the attached photographs and you are having ringworm infection.
In such cases I recommend my patients to start with capsule itraconazole 100 mg twice daily and apply sertaconazole cream on the affected skin twice daily for 4 weeks.
Besides this I recommend them to take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
On the wound you are having between the groin and the pubic area use a steroid antifungal combination like beclomethasone clotrimazole combination twice daily for 7-8 days.
This will heal the wound.
This kind of wound occurs due to inflammation of the body folds due to friction or sweating or overweight.
If you will avoid these factors, this kind of inflammation won't occur.
Besides this ringworm is so common that it can contracted by even sharing of infected clothes, towel, soaps and other objects.
It is difficult to comment on where you got this infection from.
For micropenis surgery is the only option.
There are no tablets or creams that can increase the size of the penis.
But micropenis won't have any effect on your sexual function or fertility.
It will remain normal.
