General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, it may be coming down and borderline bilirubin may take few weeks to settle down. Also serum amylase and lipase levels as well as CA 19-9 may be needed if the signs persist with the weakness, lethargy, weight loss with raised bilirubin to rule out any other complications related to pancreatic or biliary tract issues. CT abdomen may be needed if problem persists.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
