OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

It could be due to vaginitis or vulvitis. Wash regularly with warm water. Do not itch as it will aggravate the condition. Use some cold cream to reduce the itching or some Clotrimazole cream. The lesion should be examined directly by a gynecologist to treat it accordingly. Do not use clothes which irritates your skin and avoid tight clothes.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana Rajesh Babu, OB & GYN Specialist
