Suggest Treatment For Uveitis

greetings! my name is francis, now i have eveitis, i m taking steroids and also drops (chloramphenicol dexamethasone) actually, this is my second time to have eveitis, three months ago, i had it and my opthalmologist, gave me DEXACHLOR and Steroids for two weeks, it disappeared, but after a month it came back so now, the doctor gave me , i think stonger eye drop plus steroids, i m supposed to go back to the doctor for follow up cuz i m sure he will give me another medicine and eye drops, but now, i have a new problem, i had an x-ray, 2 weeks ago, and Tuberculosis was found, actually, last year i had an X-ray and the findings was APICO PLEURAL thickening, i didn t know what it meant at that time, so i ignored it, but now, the xray results shows i have tuberculosis, in 2002 i had TB but i took medicine for six months and i was cleared, but i think my kidneys were damaged, in 2006, i got sick, i was in a hospital for a month, i had amoebuc liver abcess so i took strong medicine for that, and in an MRI scan, they saw some kind of tumor in my kidneys, but i ignored that.. now, i have another problem, my blood pressure is high, everyday, when i check it it s 157/110, i saw in the internet that steroids could also be the culprit. i had my blood chemistry and everything was high URIC ACID = 435.4 Cholesterol - 5.57 Triglycerides = 3.12 VLDL = 1.42 SGPT = 227.52 all of the results was way high, so i feel depressed... i want to start taking my medications for Tuberculosis but i know those medicines are really high, so i m worried about my liver and kidneys, and aside from that, my uveitis is still here, what should i do?i feel scared and confused not to mentioned worried about the medical expenses... plz give me an advice

uveitis is an auto immune disorder. steroid is the only treatment.However allalong use of steroid complicationsofteroid is to be kept in mind. Hypertension can be related toit. however it should be treated. pleural thickening and pulmonary tuberculosis should be treated properly.however for treatment of uveitis steroid is to be given. low contain steroid with tapering should be given all are essential and they are to be balanced. With treatment you will come out of complication.
