Hi,
You seem to be having uterine irritability secondary to fever. Firstly, the cause of the fever should be identified and treated. If the contractions are increasing in intensity and are frequent, you need to take absolute rest preferably in the left lateral position and also get tocolytics either orally or in the infusion. Electrolyte imbalances if any, have to be rectified, fetal movements should be monitored and so are vital data. A sonogram also should be done. Please get a second opinion or ask for admission for observation. Hope this helps.
