General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to venous leg ulcers.
Venous leg ulcers can be slow to heal and are painful and costly to treat.
The main treatment is compression bandages or stockings but these are often combined with dressings and topical creams.
I suggest to see an angiologist and get evaluated.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
