I will advise getting it examined once to rule out any neuropathy or other muscular pathology involved. Based on clinical examination the medication can be prescribed.
For now, you can do hot water fermentation and take the help of a Physiotherapist close by who can help to reduce the pain with the help of the TENS therapy.
