Suggest Treatment For Tiny Pigment In Eyes With Headache

hi, i have just recently had a tiny pigment in my eye which was blurry and kind of "pixalated" which grew until i had no vision in the corner of my eyes, this has happened before but only on rare occasions. i usually just lie down when it happen so i can close my eyes until it goes, when it goes though, i have a headache?

it may be pinguicula. it is required to be examined by eye doctor. if required it can be cauterized.
