hi ive been having problems swallowing food or pills for awile now lately getting worse where feels like food etc. is getting stuck in throat or chest have multiple gastrointestinal diagnosis just recently thru a upper gi series found schatzki ring will surgery need to be done?

As per your history, it may be due to tonsillitis.
For that kindly do saline or Betadine gargles. You may require broad spectrum antibiotics after consultation.
In case of fever, cough you may also complete hemogram, chest X Ray after consultation.
