Use refresh tear eye drop 3times daily. What is your age and job. Do you you use computer for longer time?. If so then you have to give break in betwen and use anti glare glass in front of computer. use anti glare coating in your specs. Get refraction test for you and if required take a correction. Might be you have developed Corneal erosion for prolonged dry eye. Rule out pjogrens syndrome.Get your cornea tested by eye doctor.
