Suggest Treatment For Termination Of Pregnancy

I had my last period in late february. Had sex march 10. Today is april 10 n av nt seen my period.two days ago, took a combination of gynaecosid n menstrogen and still no change. Pls help, need to abort ds baby as soon as possibl. Cnt get mifepriston n misoprostol in my country.

Hello dear
Understand your concern.
You have to consult the gynecologist for medical termination of pregnancy. You can get the mifepristone and misoprostol from gynecologist prescription.
It should be used under the advice and observation of gynecologist.
Mifepristone should be followed by 800 ug misoprostol vaginally by gynecologist after 48 hour.
If you did not get misoprostol and mifepristone, you can also abort the pregnancy by surgical process like suction evacuation under aseptic conditions by experienced gynecologist.
Post procedure USG should be done to confirm retain product/\Hope this may help you
