Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having swollen caruncle. This indicates a probable inflammation of the caruncle in the from of carunculitis. This requires treatment by the use of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs. The treatment you are using in the form of ofloxacin, a antibiotic and flurbiprofen a anti-inflammatory drug are in right direction.
Steroid drugs need to be added if the condition does not show any improvement after consultation woth your ophthalmologist.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.
Thank you
