Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Itchy Eye Lids

I have swollen eye lids on my left eye, the eye is red, and itchy, and I noticed small bumps on the bottom eyelid with small bumps in the corner of my eye and across the top. Can I apply a heating pad to my eye for the swelling? I have a heating pad at home.

It appears to be blepharitis with allergy. Clean the eye lid with sterile swab. apply neosporine eye oint ment on lid margin. Take levocetrizine tablet 5mg daily. Cromal eye drop maybe applied two times daily. Give warm compression over eye lid.
