Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat

I have a really sore throat and I have a little peice of skin sticking out on the side of my tonsil. I have fever and am not eating. My weight is fine, as well as everything else. What could it be? and I also have little white spots on the back of my throat. Is it strep?

Dear you may be suffering pharygotonsillitis, use salt water gargle, avoid cool drinks and freeze water, avoid alcohol and smoking. Tab. Amoxillinclvulinate 625 thrice a day for five days. Still symptoms persisten you need to consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions please feel free to ask me.
