Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat

Sore throat x 8 mos since URI. ST never stopped. Location at the soft palate. Decreased elevation of palate with phonation. Fatigue with prolonged talking. Burning sensation with certain foods and even with breathing sometimes. Same sensation as one might have with smoke inhalation. At times dull ache. Neg CT and MRI for mass but some thickening of the soft palate. Neg biopsy although was small sample not very deep. Neg for inflammation. Large osteophyte seen on MRI with some encroachment on the thecal sac but not the IVF. All began with the URI. Almost as if a reflex sympathetic dystrophy phenomenon. Just never shut down. ??
