Suggest Treatment For Sleeplessness

So I think I have a sleep disorder but not the common type... I've been going to sleep regularly and eating very healthy and I'm only 16 years old. When I fall asleep sometimes in the middle of the night or maybe even 10-20 minutes after I'm in a deep sleep I will wake up but my body won't and I will be trying to wake up myself up but I can't? I hope this makes sense to you cause it doesn't to me ?! Help!

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. There are some days, when people attain sound sleep immediately on laying on bed. Other days people will struggle to get a sleep. Pattern happens due to lack of physical activities and presence of stress. In your case, in the middle of sleep, your conscious mind wakes up, but unconscious mind will not allow your body to wake up, and compels you to sleep again. This happens because your unconscious mind is not satisfied with the sloe the body got. Your unconscious mind keeps the clock. If you force your body to get up (often happens when there are compulsions) unconscious mind makes you lethargic and lazy. Don;t worry. These are body clock work and patterns. Take care.

Good luck.
