Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear Sameer,
You could be experiencing what is called reactive hypoglycemia. This happens when there is a sugar insulin mismatch. Patients keep eating to avoid symptoms of Hypoglycemia and end up over-eating. The best test to diagnose this condition is an Extended GTT (Extended glucose tolerance test). This will tell you whether you are in a prediabetic state and also regarding Reactive hypoglycemia. Fatty liver at this age needs to be looked into after the results of Extended GTT. I would be glad to review your result and suggest you treatment accordingly..
Feel free to get back...
