Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Nausea for two weeks with bilirubin of 1.2 that is on borderline can not be explained by near normal liver functions.
There may be another reasons and the changed diet itself can cause nausea as it is always something new that one tries like Bottle gourd juice and so on.
There may be gastritis or any problem with intestine, the nausea being a reflex phenomenon.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get other blood tests like CBC, kidney and thyroid function, repeat Liver function tests.
Consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination and investigations to get a probable cause so that further investigations like Upper GI Endoscopy, ultrasonography of abdomen can be done to get you the prescription based management.
You may need a PPI like Omeprazole, Domperidone and antacid as per your weight.
If the liver functions are normal restart your old usual diet and stop all the special diet.
If there is any stress and anxiety, you have to control these and get treated if required.
