Suggest Treatment For Severe Hair Loss

Hi..I m 30 and im loosing my hair like anything..I had suffered from jaundice and chiken pox once..so my hair got thin after that..my hair is curly and oily and have dandruff problem in winter time only..dont have any hereditary problem also..wanted to know how to take care of my hair??which shampoo to use??what to eat??any vitamin tablets or medicine to prevent hairloss and thickening of my hair??

Hello, from what you have described, you appear to have a condition of diffuse hair loss known as telogen effluvium,
I would adv you to get a thyroid function test and serum ferritin to rule out thyroid disorders and a state of iron deficiency, which are the common causes for hair loss.
As far as treatment, start tab Follihair 1 tab daily for atleast 3 months, use Xgain shampoo for washing scalp..eat a healthy diet comprising of fruits and green leafy vegetables.
