Well come to HCM
If this is male patron Baldness, then nothing can be done, Minoxidil lotion can be used but this wont give any promising result, second if you have some hearing problem due to some internal anatomical lesion then this need to be operated, (Exact pathophysiology is not given here ) better to follow the advise given by ENT surgeon, have a nice day.
