Suggest Treatment For Severe Eye Infection

I've worn contacts for nearly 4 years. 2 years ago I had an eye-infection type issue where the area around my iris/pupil was very inflamed. Whenever I took my contacts out, the redness would disappear almost instantly, but the minute I put my contacts back in, it was red again. They found out that I had grown allergic to the Silicon Lenses I was wearing so they switched me to a plastic based lens. I had no problems with them for the next two years (minus redness in the summer, likely due to allergies) until now. It seems like I am experiencing something very similar to what I had 2 years ago. I wore glasses for 2 weeks and everything went away so today I decided to wear my lenses. Everything was fine throughout the day but when I took them out my eye grew inflamed around the iris. I'm not sure what to do about it, I have a eye appointment in 3 weeks but I was curious if there was any way I could continue wearing lenses until then? My eyes aren't red with the contacts in, only when i take them out. Thanks.

prolong use of contact lens can give rise to dry eye syndrome. it can lead to corneal erosion. you have to discontinue contact and use specs. start applying refresh eye teardrop 3times a day. in any case contact is to be removed before going to bed.
