Suggest Treatment For Fovea Eye Infection

My left eye. I think fovea is not functioning, since childhood. Can see overall but not any specific object. Any treatment? I have a problem since childhood with my left eye. Now I am 67. I have had a cataract operation a few days back, right eye. I think the fovea (left eye) is not functioning. Is there a treatment. I can see overall but not any specific object.

there is no specific treatment for fovea in elder ly there may be degeneration it can be senile. dry or weight.the child hood effect may be solar burn when one looks at solar eclipse in naked eye or see welding light in unprotected eye. in this injury acuity is effected. it is non progressive. there is no cure.in still elder age retinal infection may effect foveawith neovascularisation.
