I have a long history of ear pain we know i have a disease of some kind but we dont know what i have im turning 20 this year and been searching for my whole life....i get in what i call spells when the pain is excrutiating everything spins and i sleep all the time and im on bed rest for practically 1 to 2 weeks depending on the spell....this time it was a very weird spell i fainted then on bed rest practically woke up with a bloody nose (had a history of these) then high pulse low blood pressure but couldnt sleep (which is weird) then i felt fine for a few days and now im back to feeling awful and low blood pressure and high pulse.....i eat well, drink....this spell started about 2 1/2 weeks ago

hope you can help me im losing hope after almost 20 years of pain
