Suggest Treatment For Severe Cough With Asthma

Hi my son is 2years and 10 months old he has had a persistent cough for 4 weeks he was recently diagnosed with asthma he also suffers with eczema the cough is so bad at night he is making him self sick he was put on ventalin inhaler and a nebuliser but they in my opinion made his cough worse I m not sure if it s connected in any way but he also has a runnie nose during the day is there any need to bring him to care doc for a more serious issue?

as per history, child diagnosis is persistent asthama,he may need preventive medication like inhaled corticosteroids, monteleulast. and his running nose should be treated with oral levocetrize.you should consult pediatrics pulmunologist
