Suggest Treatment For Severe Bilateral Axonal Peripheral Neuropathy

I am a 43 year old woman recently diagnosed with severe bilateral axonal pheripheral neuropathy from the knees down. My first symptoms were swollen feet/ankles and then numbness in my toes and burning in the bottom of my feet. Diabetes has been ruled out. My blood tests show a CRP of 17.3, decreased vitamin B12 and D as well as positive for parvo virus. Also, the DRVVT screen ration for lupus anticoagulant was 1.31 and the DRVVT Normalized Ratio was 1.25. (the lab suggest that a hexagonal phospholipid test be ordered). I am waiting to hear from my rheumatologist and neurologist since these latest results, but was looking for other input as to 1. what caused the neuropathy and 2. what else is going on?
