Dear Arun, the success of IUI depends on many factors, but even in best IUI/IVF centers, the success rate of pregnancy is 10-20% and a 'take home pregnancy' (achieving full term of pregnancy) is even lower. PCOS in your wife adds to the low success rate. PCOS women need more diet and exercise regime than medications alone. Quitting smoking and alcohol along with a healthy diet is good for improving sperm motility. I will recommend you to first look into lifestyle modification for 6 months and then go for IUI. If IUI fails for 6 cycles, you can go for the next steps of IVF.
