Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Start Anti-allergic syrup Jardin D or Rigix thrice a day and go to your doctor for throat and chest check-up. Start ant allergic right now whether it's upper or lower respiratory tract infection and baby need antibiotic or not.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.
Regards,
Dr. Hina Javed
