ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi , I have read your query .
You are having problem in both the ear , you need to find out reason causing it.
You should do some investigation to find out the cause ,like Bilateral Xray Mastoid , Diagnostic Nasal Endoscopy & the CT PNS . Complete ENT examination is essential. You have to treat accordingly.

Hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
Regards - Dr KK ( Karade )
