DESCRIPTION: i am 28 years old, single and never been married. TRS shows a retroverted, normal in size with no myometrial pathology. The endometrium is thin and homogenous measuring 0.55 cm. Both ovaries are polycystic. No Fluid the cul de sac. No adnexal mass seen. DIAGNOSIS: NORMAL RETROVERTED UTERUS PROLIFERATIVE PHASE ENDOMETRIUM POLYCYSTIC OVARIES, BILATERAL. QUESTION: ANY TREATMENT FOR MY PROBLEM?
