Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Persistent fever or recurrence of fever after still been adequately treated with antibiotics requires further evaluation.
Possibility of Pleural effusion or lung abscess needs to be ruled out. Would suggest you to consult your Physician for further assessment.
In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care
