Suggest Treatment For Painful Heels

i have been experiencing pain in my rt heel since 5 months , i visited an orthopedician who 1st treated me with some loacl analgesics and local rubefaciant oint , till i consumed the medication i was ok , then again the pain came back , then he reffered me for USG of the foot the result of which was normal , so he injected some steroid inj locally , which gave me relief for 1 day , now the pain does not go at all , it is dull aching all the while , all my other tests were normal including rhuematic factor etc , xray - normal , no family history of osteoarthritis or rhuematic arthrtis , my mother suffres pain in the left knee now she is 75 , plz help me
