Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

As most anti inflammatory drug will be helpful for reducing swelling and pain, but this will be a symptomatic treatment.

For the long run, I will advise taking an X-ray as it may be a calcaneal spur or maybe just tendonitis. But an X-ray will be helpful to find the cause.

Also, try using silicone gel heel pad in the shoe so the excessive pressure will be diverted.

Do simple hot water fermentation and feet exercise to improve the muscle strength.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
