Suggest Treatment For Pain In Leg And Groin Area After Angioplasty

I had a mild heart attack in May 2010, had a groin incision for an angioplasty and 2 stents. I've had groin & upper leg pain ever since. No hematoma or hip joint problem. Went away for a few weeks last Nov-Jan but reocurred. Physical therapy helped get rid of inner thigh pain radiating down my upper leg. No further progress. Also have deep muscle aches/pains over the years & diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Dr says to get more sleep to alleviate the aches & pains, try physical therapy again for groin pain and/or see an orthopedic surgeon. Would an MRI or other testing help determine what's causing the pain? My right leg "buckles/catches" from time to time as well.
