Suggest Treatment For Numbness On Face And Sunburn In Arms

hi for over two weeks now have been experiencing symptoms in my left arm which seemed quite painful then it turned to numbness then a week later the left side of my face went numb like the feeling of a dental injection wearing away , this only lasted 24 hours, then my right arm started tingling and feel now in both arms like they been sunburnt, skin feels sunburnt but no exposure to sun or any burns in any way, just mostly in my left arm, your answer will be most appreciated am a 35 year old female

As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid like Triamcinolone for symptomatic relief.

If persists better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
