Suggest Treatment For Muscle Cramps And Constipation

hello doctor...am ritu 23yr old female. am suffering from severe muscle cramps from past 1yr. i am using Evion LC bt it didint help me much. am also suffering from chronic constipation.doctor please help me as am finding it difficult to perform daily activities due to muscle cramps(especially pain legs calf muscles and thighs).Please let me know is it due to any deficiency or due to any other problem and what should i do to get rid of this???

Cramps may be due to several causes
Please continue taking evion .
Please check your RED CELL Magnesium levels and not serum Magnesium
If it is not possible just forget
Take a warm water bath in the evening with epsom salt which is available with your pharmacist
ask your pharmacist for a Magnesium chloride topical spray or solution apply at bed time
Also take a tablet of Neurobion forte 1 tab twice daily for a month
cut down coffee and tea which dehydrate
For constipation
Please change your diet and lifestyle
Stop all dairy products
Cut down animal proteins
Eat plant based diet
Don’t skip meals .
Keep moving for your bowels to move
Exercise daily
Increase fluid intake according to your weight and level of activity.
Increase fiber intake-Oats, brown rice, apples, pears, Prunes, figs
Berries , Apricots , Green leafy veggies.
Chew well to poo well
Squat better to Poo better.
These general measures will work.
If they don’t work go to a Gastroenterologist doctor for further evaluation and testing.
