i might have pcos. i was told to take birth control, dont want too, due to the extreme cramping pain i get. also i get migranes and i read taking birth contol can cause strokes and worse headaches. what do i do? currently seeing a neurologist, a primary doc, a psych and a therapist and a gyno, for the past month. 28 yr old female.
