32 yr old male was found unconscious.he was taken to a nearby hospital.the patient now had nausea, vomiting, vertigo, dysarthria, diplopia, dysphagia, numbness in the limbs n doctors said that the disorientation was due to a reaction to local anesthesia he received 4 hours ago as a part of a dental procedure.he was under observation. When symptoms worsened a ct scan was done which revealed basilar artery thrombosis. On thrombolysis patient developed massive intraventricular haemorrhage.ventriculostomy was done.mri revealed mid brain infarction.no past history of HTN, epilepsy, cvs disorders or any similar symptoms. The patient s my brother n i m very very scared.please tell me about the prognosis.will he get back 2 normal?will there be any neurological deficit?
