Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain With Lumbar Spinal Stenosis

Hello, I am a 32 year old female with Lumbar Spinal Stenosis w/ calcified ligaments. I have been dealing with this condition for about 2 1/2 years now and have not seemed to get any help. I have a constant pain that travels from my lower back, buttocks, and down my legs. PLEASE HELP, I dont want to live like tis forever, and Dr. I've been seeing have not showed me that they want to resolve this issue.

Well you are living with LSS for 2 or more years and I think you have tried the conservative management like medications and physiotherapy but it does help very long..
There is a surgical options for you..laminectomy..
You will get better with it and has good results..
See a spinal surgeon.
