Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Ache Due To Compressed Vertebrae

hi..i've been having a lower back ache for about a month..went to a hospital,took an x-ray and it showed that i hav a compression in my lower vertebrae...i had physiotherapy for a week,..but tha pain has come back again...what should i do to get my vertebrae back in position?

Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Compressed vertebrae does not get back to its original position.
2. It can only be controlled. Use Lumbar support to support the vertebral column and also try lumbar exercises/ lower back muscle strengthening exercises.
3. With activity, pain will increase. Take rest as required and use lumbar support during activity.
