Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Ache

hi.
im 18 years old and ive been having lower back aches for about 1 to 2 years. Now its worsening and it hurts now specially at my shoulders and my chest and now frequently around the side of my chest. I personally think its due to my bad posture.. i sit hunched down with my back curled and shoulders lowered and i dont walk straight. How can i cure these horrible aches?

You are right, these muscle strains will be because of bad posture. You should go to a physiotherapist for posture correction exercises. You might use some analgesics like aceclofenac and muscle relaxant like tab epry for temporary relief
